Abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submission for posters and Science Zone has been extended until 7th May 14th May! Please read the following instructions about how you should submit your abstract.


How to submit your abstract

Contributions for the Science Zone and poster presentations  are invited. For poster presentations, abstracts of a maximum of one A4 page should be written in English using this template. Figures and references are permitted. Applying for public engagement activities in the Science Zone festival can be done by filling in this form. Any or both of them should be submitted to this e-mail address with the email topic stating, before any other information, [POSTER-SRUK2019] or [SCIENCEZONE-SRUK2019] (including brackets) by the 14th of May 2019.

Presenters are allowed to use posters that have previously been presented at other meetings or conferences. Posters will be classified in one of the five categories below (please, indicate in the e-mail description which one you think fits better):

  • Exact Sciences, Physics and Chemistry
  • Biology and Medicine
  • Environmental and Earth Sciences
  • Social Sciences, Linguistics and Humanities
  • Computer Science and Engineering

The Science Zone Call for ideas form is short and self-explanatory.

NOTE: Abstract submission does not constitute symposium registration and it is not mandatory to submit a scientific abstract to be able to attend it. Please, register separately as a symposium attendee.
